I recently tried to purchase hand controls through a company in Santa Monica that didnt provide training and thet said I didnt need a evaluator to check out if I can drive safely or any one can put them in too. I find this hard to believe becose of the danger element to other road users.
Does anyone know what law is on this plaese?Jim
